  • Update templates and route to medical reviewers.
  • Identify/escalate issues to appropriate teams.

  • Pharm/Pharmacy or Life Science degree.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • 3-5 years in UK/US call center environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Flexible to work shifts including weekends.
