- Pharm/Pharmacy or Life Science degree.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- 3-5 years in UK/US call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends.
