🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or math
3+ years of professional experience designing mechanical components or assemblies
1+ years leading teams, formally or on projects
Cross-disciplinary problem solving; ability to assess risk with limited data
Fast-paced, autonomous, demanding environment
ITAR: US citizen/national or green card holder, or eligible for export authorizations
