- Develop and execute a global marketing operations strategy aligned to growth and lifecycle priorities.
- Lead Marketing Operations to scale systems, data, and reporting globally.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Ops, or related in SaaS tech.
- 2+ years hands-on Marketo experience: campaigns, lead mgmt, scoring, nurture, segmentation, governance.
- Own/manage a modern martech stack: automation, CRM, analytics, tag mgmt, CDP.
- Experience with Customer.io and Google Tag Manager; CDP platforms preferred.
- Experience migrating/consolidating marketing automation platforms.
- Strong SaaS KPIs, funnel metrics, attribution, lifecycle marketing.
- Salesforce CRM experience and marketing-to-sales handoff, lead routing, lifecycle stages.
