- Aggressive follow-up on after-hours or missed calls
- Use multiple contact methods (text, email, phone) to reach sellers
- Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants
- Audit leads to ensure follow up is done
- Reassign leads not auto-assigned to consultants
- Follow up on aged leads
- Provide general sales support

- 2+ years in high-volume inbound/outbound call environments
- Follow up on leads to start lead qualification
- Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
- Experience in real estate (preferred)
- Bachelor0s Degree (preferred)
