Lead technical SME for mechanical, electrical, fertigation, RO, and pneumatic systems.
Schedule daily work orders for junior technicians.
Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Enforce OSHA standards and LOTO protocols.
Train junior staff on advanced repair techniques.
Maintain CMMS records, parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

Education: HS diploma or GED; Associate’s in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
Experience: 10+ years industrial maintenance; 1–2 years leadership.
Technical: BAS (Trane Ensemble/Tracer SC+), motor controls, blueprints.
Certifications: CMRP preferred.
Physical: Lift 50–75 lbs; physically demanding.
Availability: On-call, nights/weekends, rapid response.
