Oversee shipments of POS terminals from China via third-party freight forwarders.
Enforce sea shipping TAT of up to 60 days.
Track shipments and drive forwarder performance to avoid air shipping.
Coordinate bidding for freight rates; liaise with Partnerships team to secure best value.
Select and manage relationships with local logistics partners.
Ensure seamless handover from central warehouse to Distribution Network via local partners.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years in logistics, distribution, or supply chain; at least 3 years in a senior role.
Experience in international freight management, 3PL management, and domestic last-mile.
Hands-on experience with reverse logistics.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
