Coordinate and oversee daily order fulfillment, including staging and transport.
Develop and optimize delivery schedules and routes to cut costs.
Collaborate with Packaging, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Track and maintain accurate inventory records for inbound/outbound products.
Oversee fleet operations, driver safety, service levels, and costs.
Ensure timely, compliant service to internal and external customers.

🎯 Requirements

6+ months of logistics experience in cannabis-related settings.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Maps.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Familiar with MJ Freeway or other inventory-tracking systems.
Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
