🎯 Requirements

- Mastery of the wet lithography stack: CAR/non-CAR, kinetics, CD control, overlay.
- Expertise in SPC, DOE, GR&R, root-cause analysis; JMP or similar.
- Ability to translate tribal knowledge into scalable SOPs, recipes, specs.
- Hands-on with track systems, projection steppers, contact aligners, MLA.
