🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or ops with automation focus
  • 1–2+ years in people management or team lead capacity
  • AI-driven workflows to reduce manual execution time and boost velocity
  • Proficiency with Iterable, Braze, Marketo: segmentation and triggers
  • 2+ years HTML/CSS for email design
  • Experience cross-functional with Martech, Analytics, Product Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
