Curate and procure high-quality library resources with emphasis on OER and open-access materials.
Develop scalable systems for accessing library resources in distributed, hybrid, and peer-led learning.
Administer and promote the library's digital collections (e-books, e-journals, multimedia).
Negotiate and liaise with external organizations and publishers to maximize access within budgets.
Partner with faculty to integrate library resources into LMS (Canvas or Moodle).
Define and advance a digital literacy framework for a distributed university.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum: Undergrad in Library/Info Science or related with deep technical exp.
Preferred: MLS/MLIS or advanced degree in Information Science.
Experience: 3+ years in academic/research library with digital scholarship.
LMS proficiency and modern digital asset management software.
Familiar with SPSS, NVivo, Atlas.ti; metadata standards.
Strong interpersonal/presentation skills; bridge tech and users.
