  • 7+ years transactional law firm or in-house experience.
  • Experience drafting/negotiating B2B SaaS agreements in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to lead intense negotiations and partner with sales leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership to drive matters.
  • High standards; desire to mentor and build scalable processes.
  • Preferred: 10+ years in fintech/financial services or in-house.
  • Willingness to tackle AI and data issues with a solutions mindset.
