🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a test or launch environment.
• Strong fundamentals in structures, mechanical design, and fluid systems.
• Experience designing launch vehicle interface mechanisms and tooling.
• Familiarity with NASA, DoD, and Space Force standards.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
