  • 2+ years in kitchen/production/food manufacturing, with some lead responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling regs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solver who can navigate challenges and support the team.
  • Clear communicator who stays organized and keeps teams aligned.
  • Have or obtain a valid ServSafe certification.
