- Weigh, portion, and track ingredients with calibrated scales for consistency.
- Prepare ingredients daily; keep kitchen stocked, organized, sanitary.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in kitchen/production/food manufacturing, with some lead responsibility.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling regs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment under pressure.
- Strong problem-solver who can navigate challenges and support the team.
- Clear communicator who stays organized and keeps teams aligned.
- Have or obtain a valid ServSafe certification.
