📋 Description

• Lead daily production with kitchen agents using commercial machinery.
• Oversee gummies, chocolate, fruit chews, cores and tablets.
• Supervise staff; coach, onboard, and manage performance.
• Enforce SOPs, GMP, GDP; maintain safe, sanitary production.
• Ensure quality through GMP, sanitation audits and product checks.
• Develop production plans to meet inventory and demand; monitor packaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in food or confectionery manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience training, leading and mentoring staff
• Understanding of production machinery, processing, blending, and quality
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, GDP and company policies
• Knowledge of production, packing, and inventory control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive actions
