Lead a team to implement and maintain IT infra supporting launch ops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions for launch lifecycle.
Liaise with US Space Force and NASA; attend briefings and align resources.
Drive continuous improvement: change mgmt, metrics, monitoring, maintenance, incident handling.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations during critical launch windows.
Mentor SpaceX team; foster cohesion and growth.

🎯 Requirements

STEM degree + 3+ yrs, or 6+ yrs IT exp in lieu of degree.
1+ yrs leading technical teams/projects.
Linux/Windows servers; enterprise networking (switches/routers/firewalls).
Create/maintain detailed docs and runbooks.
Willing to work extended hours/on-call; travel up to 20%.
ITAR: US citizen/national or green card, or eligible for authorization; pass AF checks.
