  • Perform daily system monitoring and verify hardware, resources, and key processes.
  • Provide OS, app, hardware, VoIP, and collaboration support for on-site/remote users.
  • Deliver high-touch, white-glove support to executive leadership with proactive troubleshooting.
  • Provide advanced audio/video conferencing and meeting room support for executive meetings.
  • Perform desktop/laptop hardware upgrades and manage inventory lifecycle.
  • Ensure onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and device prep.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-8+ years IT support or sys admin with executive-level support.
  • Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Teams including Teams Rooms, Zoom, and executive conferencing.
  • VoIP, VDI Windows 365, and enterprise devices (Dell/Lenovo/Surface/Apple).
  • Virtualization VMware Workstation or Hyper-V.
  • PowerShell scripting, Windows task scheduling, and backup/recovery.
