- 5-8+ years IT support or sys admin with executive-level support.
- Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
- Experience with Teams including Teams Rooms, Zoom, and executive conferencing.
- VoIP, VDI Windows 365, and enterprise devices (Dell/Lenovo/Surface/Apple).
- Virtualization VMware Workstation or Hyper-V.
- PowerShell scripting, Windows task scheduling, and backup/recovery.
