Lead Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conduct inventory inspections; maintain METRC and Biotrack logs.
• Audit plant rooms weekly; ensure traceability of movement.
• Create METRC plant tags for plants.
• Update METRC with plantings; align with cultivation team.
• Verify and update data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Update whiteboards with strain counts and room status.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data management and auditing.
• Strong METRC and Biotrack systems knowledge.
• Excellent documentation, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs; plant environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
