Lead Integration Technician, Mission Management

📋 Description

• Lead technicians through launch campaigns, driving payload readiness to launch.
• Own daily tasking and campaign priorities to ensure hardware readiness.
• Lead payload processing and troubleshooting; coordinate with mission management and engineering.
• Set safe, disciplined execution standards and develop technicians.
• Maintain ground support equipment (GSE) and ensure systems are mission-ready.
• Lead the team in professional, customer-focused interactions during launches.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in aerospace/manufacturing in hands-on tech roles.
• 1+ year leadership experience.
• Hands-on payload operations or flight hardware processing experience.
• TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain; ITAR compliance (US citizen/eligible).
• Clean room experience; familiarity with aerospace procedures, safety, and quality.
