π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years in aerospace/manufacturing in hands-on tech roles.
- 1+ year leadership experience.
- Hands-on payload operations or flight hardware processing experience.
- TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain; ITAR compliance (US citizen/eligible).
- Clean room experience; familiarity with aerospace procedures, safety, and quality.
