📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Lead sessions that empower learners to adopt new technology and workflows.
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into clear, role-based learning.
• Partner with Customer Experience and cross-functional teams to improve content.
• Establish repeatable processes to evaluate feedback and improve outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance prep, feedback, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years delivering instructor-led training for enterprise software.
• Direct L&D, consulting, or customer success in investment-management software preferred.
• Strong facilitation: time management, discussion leadership, and Q&A.
• Explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new systems across multiple personas.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person sessions.
