📋 Description

  • Lead and scale the Torso/Scaled SMB team for GCR revenue growth.
  • Own the GCR Torso/SMB coverage model, segmentation, and cadence.
  • Senior contact for GCR agencies/partners; build exec relationships.
  • Develop acquisition, activation, and retention programs for Torso/SMB.
  • Implement scalable processes and playbooks for large accounts.
  • Set segment goals, analyze cohort data, and translate insights into actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
  • Experience in Greater China export advertising and with sales partners.
  • Data-driven leader able to drive aggressive goals.
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • BA/BS degree; proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel.
