• Lead partnerships team delivering release support and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in partner management, project management, or artist campaigns.
• Passionate about music with knowledge of genres and cultures.
• Understanding of the music industry, labels, and management.
• Strong communicator with public speaking and artist-facing skills.
• Well organized; excels at planning under tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel, attend night and weekend events.
