🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (education leadership or related field).
- 10+ years in K–12 education, including at least 5 years in a school/district leadership role.
- Deep expertise in implementation science, improvement science, and/or change management.
- Strong understanding of English Language Arts and curriculum implementation.
- Experience leading major school/district instructional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and designing supports for adult learners.
