- Proficient in defining/documenting deliverables: specs, gap analyses, use cases.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of implementation cycles for internal and external initiatives.
- History of meeting tight deadlines and schedules.
- Able to relate to technical and non-technical teammates.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and prioritization capabilities.
