🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio with world-class 3D work and strong 2D craft.
• Cinema 4D and 2D tools (Adobe CS, Figma, Procreate).
• Experience building and scaling illustration systems across brand/product.
• Strong conceptual thinking to translate brand ideas into visuals.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork.
• Nice to have: motion/animation, leadership, startup background.
