- Builder mentality: create tools, demos, and automations; use AI daily.
- Built enablement programs from scratch (0-to-1).
- Strong product instinct: map roadmap to customer use cases.
- Experience working with Product & Engineering as peers.
- Hands-on with Databricks or competitive platforms is a nice-to-have.
