Lead GTM Data Operations Analyst, AI Workflows

📋 Description

• Operate and monitor the agentic data quality pipeline (detection, enrichment, mapping).
• Manage handoffs between automated outputs and offshore team.
• Extend agent coverage with new data elements prioritized by GTM leadership.
• Run and optimize multi-agent pipelines (Cartographer, Sentinel, Resolver) in production.
• Ensure data integrity before downstream handoff to analytics.
• Improve agent performance based on GTM judgment and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with hands-on data quality for accounts/contacts.
• Snowflake (SQL) and SFDC (object model, data flows) proficiency.
• Claude Code or comparable LLM tooling in an operational context.
• Experience designing/running AI-assisted enrichment workflows (Clay + prompts).
• Comfortable in a command-line environment: tmux, shell scripts, logs.
• Process design mindset with bias toward measurable outcomes; strong written comms.
