🎯 Requirements
- 3–6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with data quality ownership.
- Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and SFDC data modeling and flows.
- Experience with Claude Code or similar LLM tooling in production.
- Design and run AI-enabled enrichment workflows (Clay + prompts).
- Comfortable using tmux, shell scripts, logs, and batch monitoring.
- Strong process design mindset and clear written communication.
