  • Drive growth strategy across UK/Ireland/Netherlands to grow Free and Premium users
  • Own end-to-end Premium growth plan including subscriber and revenue performance
  • Manage conversion funnel from acquisition to lifecycle marketing
  • Partner with local leadership using customer insights and market trends
  • Design and run experiments to improve conversion and retention with clear metrics
  • Build and execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push

  • Experience in digital or online consumer business such as streaming, e-commerce, media, or tech
  • Hands-on experience running digital marketing or CRM campaigns across multiple channels
  • Comfortable across the full growth funnel from acquisition through retention
  • Data-driven decisions using insights to improve performance
  • Experienced with analytics platforms, CRM systems, or experimentation frameworks
  • Fluent in English
