Lead Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own project management of QBRs, roadshows, renewals, POVs, and RFPs
• Drive renewal strategy with sensitivity modeling and pricing analysis
• Partner on white space analysis to identify expansion opportunities
• Lead pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy; drive operating cadence
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns; coordinate events
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance for aligned execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in analytical roles (consulting, IB, PE) or 1–2y post-MBA
• Experience in demanding, high-performance environments
• Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
• Strong organizational skills; multi-priority management
• High attention to detail with bias toward action
