Ship experiments frequently and iterate quickly based on user data
Own growth initiatives end-to-end from hypothesis to deployment and measurement

🎯 Requirements

Senior full-stack engineering with frontend focus on user-facing systems
Experience building production apps with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL
Proven ability to improve onboarding, activation, or retention
Experience designing product experiments including A/B testing and feature flags
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (Amplitude, GrowthBook)
Strong product instincts and ability to reason about user behavior and growth
