๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Onboarding/HR Ops or related field.
- Proven onboarding and offboarding experience in HR or staffing.
- Policy administration, compensation and payroll knowledge.
- Immigration/visa rules for MEA; partner governance.
- Experience with HRMS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or MBA; strong communication and organizational skills.
