• Lead the IT GenAI roadmap; build agentic workflows with LangGraph/LangChain/n8n.
• Architect production GenAI systems for scale, latency, cost, governance.
• Mature ElasticGPT to execute tasks and automate processes.
• Design multi-model orchestration and LLM gateway architectures.
• Build data ingestion pipelines across Confluence, Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow.
• Oversee model lifecycle: fine-tuning to APIs on Kubernetes across cloud providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced agentic expertise; production-grade agents and RAG systems (LangGraph/LangSmith).
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.
• Elasticsearch mastery: ESRE, vector indexing (HNSW), relevance tuning.
• Cloud & scaling: Kubernetes; AWS/Azure/GCP; high-concurrency infra.
• System design: latency, cost, quality across multi-model envs.
