Lead, Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with accounting and cross-functional leaders for accuracy.
• Support annual planning and quarterly re-forecasting.
• Conduct ROI analyses for investments and initiatives.
• Analyze variances and review budget performance with leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting metrics (CAC/LTV, margin).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or consulting.
• Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Strong communication to distill complex financial concepts.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data viz tools (Tableau/Looker/Sigma) preferred.
