  • Lead end-to-end event logistics: vendors, sponsorships, booth design, staffing, travel.
  • Create standardized GTM for events: ICP lists, pre-event SDR/AE outreach, 5-day post-event follow-up.
  • Run post-event pipeline reviews with Sales to optimize ROI.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed research, outreach, follow-up content, and coordination.
  • Produce Findigs-owned events and experiences to build relationships and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years field/event marketing in B2B SaaS with pipeline ownership.
  • 10+ events/year end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with Sales/SDRs for pre/post-event activations.
  • Budget management and ROI-driven decisions.
  • Excellent PM: manage multiple events with systems.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce proficiency for leads and pipeline.
