Lead, Facility Maintenance

📋 Description

• Lead maintenance staff and oversee daily facility operations.
• Maintain building systems: electrical, HVAC, life safety, security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Keep CMMS logs and track maintenance work orders.
• Oversee contractors on site and ensure safety.
• Ensure safe conditions during all-weather events.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in training, leading, and mentoring staff preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Hands-on piping, electrical installs, and control circuits.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience preferred.
• Production environment experience with mechanical troubleshooting a plus.
