🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in business/entrepreneurship/creative arts or related field; or equivalent.
- 3+ years in training/facilitation; 5+ years preferred; youth/entrepreneur experience.
- Proven track record designing engaging training; hybrid learning is a plus.
- Solid understanding of entrepreneurship, creative industries, and business models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, LMS; online collaboration tools.
- English fluency; Kinyarwanda desirable.
