🎯 Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of people management experience
Led teams building/maintaining large-scale systems
Backend systems in Go/Java/C#/C++, Java or Go a plus
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Hands-on security experience (auth, encryption, network controls) is a plus
