  • Significant experience building and maintaining production software.
  • Strong skillset in production languages/stacks, e.g., Java, .NET, Web.
  • Experience designing, building and operating systems on at least one Cloud hyperscaler.
  • Ability to apply AI to accelerate outcomes across design, product, and delivery.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cutting work across multiple system parts.
  • Uses AI tools to scale execution while staying accountable for outcomes.
