Lead Engineer (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Work with client teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, workable approaches.
• Design and build software across system parts, balancing speed and maintainability.
• Use AI tools across the delivery lifecycle for research, architecture, and testing.
• Apply AI to observability, verification, and build automation from the start.
• Help clients make deliberate AI-focused tech choices to avoid lock-in and adapt to changes.
• Share learning with clients and CreateFuture; deliver thought leadership at conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building and maintaining production software.
• Strong skillset in production languages/stacks, e.g., Java, .NET, Web.
• Experience designing, building and operating systems on at least one Cloud hyperscaler.
• Ability to apply AI to accelerate outcomes across design, product, and delivery.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cutting work across multiple system parts.
• Uses AI tools to scale execution while staying accountable for outcomes.
