- Lead team delivering consistent, compliant lifecycle processes across geographies.
- Partner with Head of People Ops, PBPs, COEs for readiness and transitions.
- Standardize/onboard/offboard frameworks with tech/automation to reduce effort.
- Oversee lifecycle workflows, templates, and docs for efficiency and compliance.
- Track lifecycle data to identify trends and improve the employee experience.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Certification in People management (aPHRi/PHRI) preferred.
- 5–7 years HR/People Ops experience with onboarding/offboarding.
- Experience across multiple countries or entities in a high-growth env.
- Working knowledge of HR systems/automation tools (BambooHR, Workday, SAP, Deel).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
