Set vision/roadmap for Employee Lifecycle Services—onboarding, offboarding, transitions.
Lead team delivering consistent, compliant lifecycle processes across geographies.
Partner with Head of People Ops, PBPs, COEs for readiness and transitions.
Standardize/onboard/offboard frameworks with tech/automation to reduce effort.
Oversee lifecycle workflows, templates, and docs for efficiency and compliance.
Track lifecycle data to identify trends and improve the employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Certification in People management (aPHRi/PHRI) preferred.
5–7 years HR/People Ops experience with onboarding/offboarding.
Experience across multiple countries or entities in a high-growth env.
Working knowledge of HR systems/automation tools (BambooHR, Workday, SAP, Deel).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
