🎯 Requirements

- Mentoring and coaching engineers.
- Enterprise data stores: NoSQL/SQL, KV, messaging (AMQP/MQTT).
- Observability tools: Prometheus, Mimir, Thanos, Grafana; strong SaaS SRE.
- Experience with sprint rituals (planning, standups, retros).
- Go, TypeScript, Python, or Bash familiarity.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
