🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (or equivalent)
- 10+ years in digital/product/web design for enterprise, international
- Experience leading designers in design systems; strong accessibility/standards knowledge
- Collaborates with product, engineering, and leadership to define requirements
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) preferred
- Strong portfolio of brand-driven, scalable, localized web design
