🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in senior trading/trading-adjacent roles focused on OTC derivatives.
- Experience building a crypto derivatives trading desk or leading trading infra projects.
- Deep understanding of the derivatives lifecycle, market microstructure, and daily trading.
- ISDA/CSA familiarity and regulatory landscape knowledge.
- Proven cross-department collaboration (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Ops, Tech).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic perspective.
