🎯 Requirements

- Strong grounding in classification, scoring/ranking, NLP/LLM, statistics, evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to build explainable systems: transparency, evidence, user trust
- Experience designing evaluation strategies: labeled datasets, human-in-the-loop, drift
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and pace
