📋 Description

• Build and maintain predictive and time-series models across use cases.
• Apply statistical rigor with regression, causal inference, hypothesis testing.
• Develop AI-first analyses using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG.
• Own forecasting & decision systems for demand and capacity planning.
• Drive customer intelligence models to inform GTM strategy.
• Define measurement benchmarks and metrics for growth and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in advanced analytics or data science; SaaS exp preferred.
• Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling (regression, classification, etc) and unsupervised methods.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based solutions: prompt engineering, RAG, LLM-integrated analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; DBT; Git familiarity.
• End-to-end data pipelines with Airflow and dbt; production-grade workflows.
• Time-series forecasting (ARIMA/SARIMAX, ETS, MSTL) with backtesting.
