🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or related roles.
- Deep Snowflake expertise: RBAC, row-level and column-level security, cost optimization.
- Strong dbt experience to build shared data models, macro development, testing, and production deployment patterns.
- Advanced SQL; reliable ELT/ETL pipeline design.
- Systems-thinking mindset with tradeoffs across correctness, access, cost, and speed.
- Clear communicator who can explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical partners.
