- BA/BS or equivalent; degree in data analysis/communication preferred.
- 5+ years of data and business analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with BI, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen.
