📋 Description

• Drive risk strategy across underwriting, limits, and repayment for MyPay.
• Lead experimentation: design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize risk.
• Leverage data science to identify risk signals and automate decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to align risk with targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and loss metrics with robust dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in credit risk, data science, or advanced analytics in fintech.
• SQL expert for data extraction and manipulation.
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for analysis and modeling.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of consumer credit risk, loss forecasting, and unit economics.
• Excellent communication to translate data into exec-ready strategies.
