Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead supply analytics priorities for Tasker growth and retention.
• Solve high-level supply challenges; align Product/Ops leadership.
• Move from what happened to so what insights for OKRs.
• Build analytics frameworks: acquisition, churn, LTV, funnel.
• Own end-to-end Tasker journey data model and funnel bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-functional projects; influence roadmaps and tests.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in economics, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent analytics.
• 6-10 years using analytics to drive decisions across strategy/ops/finance.
• Experience building data visuals (Looker, Tableau, Sigma).
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication to Directors+.
• 6-8 years SQL (windowing, CTEs); building base data models.
• Attention to detail; translate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
