Lead Data & AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and own the Data & AI platform (ingestion, features, models)
• Design GenAI/agentic architectures (RAG, agents, multimodal)
• Establish platform standards for experimentation, eval, CI/CD, and prod readiness
• Create reusable components, SDKs, and tooling for data scientists and ML engineers
• Lead build vs. buy decisions for AI platforms and tooling with cost focus
• Partner with DS/Eng/Product/Analytics to translate business needs into platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud-native architectures
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code
• Vector databases, feature stores, and workflow orchestration
• Data pipelines, model lifecycle, monitoring, and experimentation (MLOps)
• Offline/online evaluation, A/B testing, and human-in-the-loop systems
• LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, and prompt/model evaluation
• 10+ years of experience across data/AI/platform/infra engineering; production AI platforms
