Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on hardening for an Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Execute A&A process per government requirements.
• Evaluate security design and accreditation of information systems.
• Perform vulnerability assessments with Nessus, STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, AWS Well Architected.
• Prepare comprehensive security assessment docs for A&A testing.
• Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities across the program life cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline
• Active TS/SC Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
• 12+ years of experience in IT Security, Information Assurance and/or Systems Security Engineering
• Experience with RMF, PCI/DSS, SOX and/or HIPAA
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present to stakeholders
• Knowledge of DoD/IC system security control requirements
